PrescriptAid is a Customer First company. This means that we don't make money unless the customer benefits or saves money. We perform the following steps:

  • A telephone diagnostic conversation with the customer to determine what prescription or non-prescription drugs they are using, how they customarily pay for them and where they customarily purchase them. This allows us to prepare for the visit. (5 minutes)
  • A personal appointment at your home or office, to review our services, and introduce you to the methods, paperwork, and procedures of the company that is best suited to save you money and offer you top quality service. We will prepare and present whatever forms and authorizations might need your signature at this time. (20-30 minutes)
  • We submit all your applications and authorization forms to the proper prescription provider group and follow up with them until the approval of your application
  • Notify you of your acceptance, and provide a step by step guide for filling all your prescriptions.
  • Remain only a phone call away to answer any questions or problems you may have.
